Or he&#8217;s been really unlucky, George isn&#8217;t entirely sure.<\/p>\n<p>This week we&#8217;re joined by Jimmy who runs Loading bar in London. It&#8217;s basically a bar where you can turn up, buy some drinks, and play a bunch of video games. And he&#8217;s fallen back on the FM band wagon recently as well.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The question of the week was inspired by George&#8217;s love of a bargain &#8211; what was your best signing in a game of Football or Championship Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Jimmy goes for romance, bringing back the likes of Robbie Fowler to Liverpool. It&#8217;s all about bringing the legends home. George&#8217;s reliance on free transfers means he&#8217;s got quite a big list. Jimmy Briand became a goal machine for Ajax, and George reminisces about his Oldham Freebies.<\/p>\n<p>And then we talk about all of this &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jimmy talks about his Coventry save. He learned the hard way about the benefits of Assistant Managers, switched to comprehensive\u00a0highlights mode, started tinkering, and managed to win 7 games in a row. He&#8217;s now decided he&#8217;s a tactical genius.<\/li>\n<li>George&#8217;s Benfica save is in an interesting place. He kept conceding goals from set pieces, but he&#8217;s changed things up and hasn&#8217;t been letting in that many goals since then. He&#8217;s on comprehensive highlights now as well, and he&#8217;s become far more reactive.<\/li>\n<li>And we have a chat about why Jimmy has decided to try and start up an FM meet up. It&#8217;s mainly so he can chat to people and get some more ideas about where he&#8217;s going wrong.<\/li>\n<li>Then Jimmy walks us through his experiences coming back to Football Manager after a long hiatus.
